Directions
- Caramelize the sugar and add to the bottom of the container in which the flan will be prepared.
- Mix the condensed milk with the puree and cook over low heat; separately mix the 3 egg yolks, flour, and milk and add.
- Blend, pour into the pyrex dish, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let cool and serve.
