Ingredients
1/2 cup(s) sugar
3 eggs
1 flour
1/2 cup(s) milk
2 ayote sazón puree
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
Directions
  1. Caramelize the sugar and add to the bottom of the container in which the flan will be prepared.
  2. Mix the condensed milk with the puree and cook over low heat; separately mix the 3 egg yolks, flour, and milk and add.
  3. Blend, pour into the pyrex dish, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Let cool and serve.
