1 guava
sugar
Ingredients for the dough:
6 flour
1 margarine
1 baking powder
1 salt
1/4 sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup(s) milk
Directions
  1. Cook guava jelly: Peel guava and cook pulp with sugar until dry.
  2. For dough: Sift all dry ingredients. Melt margarine and add dry ingredients.
  3. Add eggs and start mixing. Mix and gradually add milk until achieving smooth manageable dough.
  4. Empanada preparation: With rolling pin, stretch dough, cut circles, add guava filling, and close by pressing with fork or making little border.
