Directions
- Cook guava jelly: Peel guava and cook pulp with sugar until dry.
- For dough: Sift all dry ingredients. Melt margarine and add dry ingredients.
- Add eggs and start mixing. Mix and gradually add milk until achieving smooth manageable dough.
- Empanada preparation: With rolling pin, stretch dough, cut circles, add guava filling, and close by pressing with fork or making little border.
