500 gr sugar
3/4 water
8 piece(s) egg whites
Directions
  1. Cook tomatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove, strain water and mix with sugar to make light syrup.
  3. Gradually incorporate egg whites into this syrup.
  4. Place tomatoes on tray and cover with syrup.
