Directions
- Cook the goat milk and panela in a copper pan over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the milk thickens and completely pulls away from the pan when stirring.
- Add the lemon, stir, remove and spread over a damp table or pan, let curdle and cool and cut into small bars.
