500 gr panela (unrefined cane sugar), broken into pieces
1 piece(s) lemon (juice)
Directions
  1. Cook the goat milk and panela in a copper pan over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the milk thickens and completely pulls away from the pan when stirring.
  2. Add the lemon, stir, remove and spread over a damp table or pan, let curdle and cool and cut into small bars.
