Directions
- Put the coconut pulp and the water from both coconuts, half pound (250 g) of sugar and the cloves to cook.
- When the syrup begins to thicken, add the rest of the sugar and lime juice, stir with the cagüinga (wooden spoon) until it hardens.
- Remove small portions with a spoon, place on a wet surface and let cool.
