Traditional Costa Rican baked tamal with cheese and butter.

Ingredients
1 kg masa
1/2 kg cornstarch
2 milk
1/2 kg sugar
2 cup(s) shaved ice dessert
1 can(s) condensed milk
1 tsp salt
250 gr butter
1/4 kg grated dry cheese
60 ml vanilla
Directions
  1. In a pot, dissolve the masa, cornstarch, sugar, dulce, salt, condensed milk, and vainol in the milk. Stir this until you achieve a uniform mixture, place over heat, add the butter and cheese, stir constantly until it boils, to prevent lumps from forming, then after it boils, place in the oven until it browns.
