water
sugar to taste
Directions
  1. Cut guavas, put to cook in water to cover until soft.
  2. Strain through cloth, squeezing well to extract all juice.
  3. Measure liquid and add equal amount of sugar.
  4. Put to cook stirring constantly until it reaches jelly point (when a drop on a cold plate doesn't run).
  5. Pour into sterilized jars while hot.
