Ingredients
¼ rice
1 cup(s) sugar
cup water
ground cinnamon
10 cloves
5 jamaica seeds (hibiscus)
Directions
  1. Take the rice and soak it in water for 1 hour, then drain and grind it. Pass what's ground through a very fine cloth to obtain a paste.
  2. Place it in a pot and add the paste, 1 cup of water, and the spices. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until it boils and sets.
  3. Remove from heat, let it cool, and pour it into a clear glass or on a tray to serve in squares. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
  4. Dessert used especially for weddings.
