Directions
- Take the rice and soak it in water for 1 hour, then drain and grind it. Pass what's ground through a very fine cloth to obtain a paste.
- Place it in a pot and add the paste, 1 cup of water, and the spices. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until it boils and sets.
- Remove from heat, let it cool, and pour it into a clear glass or on a tray to serve in squares. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
- Dessert used especially for weddings.
