Directions
- Brown the corn ears on the wood stove, then scrape and cook with a tablespoon of salt until the corn puffs up.
- Cook the meat separately with bay leaf, three oregano leaves, one garlic, and a teaspoon of salt. Then boil the corn with the meat and spices. When the flavors combine, add the chopped vegetables, bouillon, hot chili pepper, and salt to taste.
