Directions
- Cook the beef with enough water, culantro, onion, garlic. Add the bouillon.
- When cooked, add the potatoes, carrots, chayote, and quartered tacacos.
- Cook the chicken breasts with little water, add black pepper and cumin to taste. When they soften, shred them and prepare with onion, celery, bell pepper, and culantro.
- Set aside two cups of chicken broth to mix in a bowl with the Masa Rica. Form tortillas and fill them with chicken, shaping into meatballs. Add them to the soup for about 20 minutes until cooked.
