Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 black pepper and cumin
1 onion
1 small bunch culantro (cilantro)
2 potatoes
1 tender baby chayote
1/4 tender tacacos
1 carrot
1 sweet bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
1/2 beef roast
4 masa rica (instant masa)
1 chicken bouillon cubes
1 celery stalk
Directions
  1. Cook the beef with enough water, culantro, onion, garlic. Add the bouillon.
  2. When cooked, add the potatoes, carrots, chayote, and quartered tacacos.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts with little water, add black pepper and cumin to taste. When they soften, shred them and prepare with onion, celery, bell pepper, and culantro.
  4. Set aside two cups of chicken broth to mix in a bowl with the Masa Rica. Form tortillas and fill them with chicken, shaping into meatballs. Add them to the soup for about 20 minutes until cooked.
