bunch culantro (cilantro)

sweet bell pepper (large)

celery leaf

potatoes, peeled and cut into strips

tender chayotes, peeled and cut into strips

package masa rica (instant masa)
salt to taste
Directions
- Cook the meat with culantro, bell pepper, celery, garlic, and salt to taste, with a little quelites and ground meat.
- When the meat is tender, add the potatoes and chayotes. Separately, take the masa, add water, salt, chayote and tomato shoots, culantro. Make little balls and when the soup is boiling, drop in the little balls and cook without stirring so they don't fall apart. When the little balls are firm, the soup is ready.
