Ingredients
3 suero
¼ margarina
cup(s) masa de maíz
1 cup(s) coco rallado
2 azúcar
3 fécula de maíz
1 cup(s) queso rallado
canela y clavo en polvo al gusto
Directions
  1. Put 2½ liters of whey on the heat with the margarine, dough, coconut, and cheese, stirring everything well.
  2. In the half liter of whey that remains, dissolve the cornstarch, and add it while stirring constantly until it thickens and boils.
  3. Grease a mold with margarine, bake until golden.
