Directions
- Cook the corn and add the lime so it releases the husk.
- When cooked, wash it well and grind it very fine.
- Add the natilla, grated cheese, sugar, dulce, sour milk, milk, and pinch of salt.
- Mix everything together and put it to cook.
- When the dough is cooked, put it to bake, placing banana leaves on the bottom of the mold or pan so it becomes very flavorful.
