Ingredients
1 maíz
1 cal
1 cup(s) natilla
1 cup(s) queso rallado
2 azúcar
1 dulce
1 leche agria
bottle(s) leche
1 pinch sal
Directions
  1. Cook the corn and add the lime so it releases the husk.
  2. When cooked, wash it well and grind it very fine.
  3. Add the natilla, grated cheese, sugar, dulce, sour milk, milk, and pinch of salt.
  4. Mix everything together and put it to cook.
  5. When the dough is cooked, put it to bake, placing banana leaves on the bottom of the mold or pan so it becomes very flavorful.
