Directions
- Peel the oranges, remove the pulp; what we use is the peel.
- Cut them into pieces that are not too small.
- When ready, place in a pot with water to heat and add a tablespoon of salt.
- When it boils, add the oranges, let boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and discard the water.
- Place in cold water until cool, change the water several times.
- Leave until the next day so the bitterness is removed and drain very well.
- Heat the milk with the sugar.
- When it boils, add the orange.
- Let it reduce until it has a consistency that is not too soft; it should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.
