Ingredients
12 naranjas
8 azúcar
8 leche
Directions
  1. Peel the oranges, remove the pulp; what we use is the peel.
  2. Cut them into pieces that are not too small.
  3. When ready, place in a pot with water to heat and add a tablespoon of salt.
  4. When it boils, add the oranges, let boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and discard the water.
  5. Place in cold water until cool, change the water several times.
  6. Leave until the next day so the bitterness is removed and drain very well.
  7. Heat the milk with the sugar.
  8. When it boils, add the orange.
  9. Let it reduce until it has a consistency that is not too soft; it should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.
