Ingredients
1 bottle(s) milk
½ potatoes
1 carrot
3 chayotes
4 cooked rice
4 eggs
salt, cumin, culantro (cilantro), onion
sweet pepper, achiote (annatto)
2 water
Directions
  1. Place the water in a pot with the herbs, salt, potatoes, chayote, and carrots in strips, the milk, and the achiote.
  2. Separately, in a bowl, add the rice and eggs and mix well.
  3. In a skillet with very hot oil, add the previous mixture and cook it.
  4. Once finished, cut it into pieces and add it to the pot along with the milk and vegetables.
