Directions
- Place the water in a pot with the herbs, salt, potatoes, chayote, and carrots in strips, the milk, and the achiote.
- Separately, in a bowl, add the rice and eggs and mix well.
- In a skillet with very hot oil, add the previous mixture and cook it.
- Once finished, cut it into pieces and add it to the pot along with the milk and vegetables.
