Ingredients
3 rice
1 box(s) milk
2 evaporated milk
3 butter
1 1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 dash of cloves
1 lime
2 raisins
1 small sprig(s) cinnamon
Directions
  1. Put the rice to cook with the lime peel, cloves, and cinnamon (it should be stirred constantly so it doesn't stick). Once it is cooked (when it bursts), pour in the box of milk and two jars of evaporated milk. Mix and add the bars of butter, the 2 eggs, the achiote, and the raisins. Mix well until it becomes compact, then transfer to a mold and put in the oven for about 15 minutes.
