Directions
- Cook the corn with enough water, when it's soft remove from heat and wash with cold water until the water runs clear; grind it either at home with a corn grinder, or take it to the mill to have it ground.
- Separately, microwave the butter bar for one minute until liquid, add it to the corn along with the remaining ingredients; beat with a spoon and when everything is ready, grease a medium-sized baking pan and add the mixture.
- Once ready, bake at 450°C for 2 hours until it browns on top. To check if it's cooked inside, insert a knife until it comes out clean. Can be served hot or cold.
