Directions
- Cut the butter with a knife into the flour, add the milk and combine all ingredients to form a manageable dough that doesn't stick to the hands.
- Refrigerate for one hour, then roll out and cut into squares, fill, brush with beaten egg and bake.
- Pineapple filling: Dice the pineapple into small cubes, cook over medium heat, add all ingredients until it thickens.
- Let cool before filling.
