Ingredients
2 cup(s) flour
2 piece(s) sticks of cold margarine
1/2 cup(s) milk
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 piece(s) pineapple
2 cup(s) sugar
1 tbsp margarine
Directions
  1. Cut the butter with a knife into the flour, add the milk and combine all ingredients to form a manageable dough that doesn't stick to the hands.
  2. Refrigerate for one hour, then roll out and cut into squares, fill, brush with beaten egg and bake.
  3. Pineapple filling: Dice the pineapple into small cubes, cook over medium heat, add all ingredients until it thickens.
  4. Let cool before filling.
