Directions
- Put the rice on the heat with the water, lemon peel, cinnamon, and pinch of salt. When it starts to dry, add three cups of milk so the rice finishes swelling, and before it dries completely, add the last cup of milk.
- Then, add the condensed milk and evaporated milk, let all the ingredients mix, without letting it dry, achieving a liquid consistency.
- Additionally, mix the quarter cup of evaporated milk with the egg yolk and Vitamaíz, and add it to the rice.
- Finally, leave it on the heat for approximately 10 more minutes and then remove.
