Ingredients
1 kg cracked corn
1 kg pork bones
1 kg pig's feet
3 piece(s) bouillon cubes
2 piece(s) sweet peppers
2 bunch culantro (long coriander)
2 bunch celery
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 piece(s) tomatinas rancheras (Costa Rican cherry tomatoes)
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Cook corn day before.
  2. Then cook meat.
  3. When tender, add corn and let boil about 10 minutes, then add other ingredients.
