Postre de Piña de Colores (Colorful Pineapple Dessert)

Ingredients
2 milk
1 pineapple
1/4 cornstarch
3/4 sugar
cinnamon to taste
add food coloring (optional)
nutmeg
1 egg yolk
Directions
  1. Blend pineapple with one liter water. Separate half and cook with half the pineapple, half the sugar, half the cornstarch, cinnamon to taste, and food coloring to desired color.
  2. Pour into 24 x 26 pyrex dish.
  3. Make other half of pineapple the same way but with different color and place on top of previous.
  4. Prepare 2 cups milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg yolk, and three tablespoons cornstarch.
  5. Place on top of two previous pineapple layers.
