Directions
- Blend pineapple with one liter water. Separate half and cook with half the pineapple, half the sugar, half the cornstarch, cinnamon to taste, and food coloring to desired color.
- Pour into 24 x 26 pyrex dish.
- Make other half of pineapple the same way but with different color and place on top of previous.
- Prepare 2 cups milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg yolk, and three tablespoons cornstarch.
- Place on top of two previous pineapple layers.
