Directions
- Put the beans to cook in the basic broth and when they are soft add the brown potato and cabbage chopped in thin strips.
- When the brown potato softens, add the red potato.
- Knead the aged corn dough with oil and salt, and form little masses like little fingers about 4 cm long by 1½ thick.
- When the red potato has softened, throw the masitas into the broth; let cook 5 more minutes and serve hot with chopped parsley.
