1 piece(s) ripe pineapple
2 cup(s) bitter yuca starch
pinch sugar to taste
water as needed
Directions
  1. Peel the pineapple and blend with plenty of water.
  2. Cook this juice until it boils.
  3. Separately prepare the bitter yuca starch with water and add to the hot juice.
  4. Lower from heat and let ferment.
