Ingredients
2 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) water
1 piece(s) egg
1 piece(s) glass of muscatel wine
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup(s) raisins
Directions
  1. Prepare syrup with sugar and water.
  2. Beat egg and add to syrup; stir well and cook over low heat until egg cooks.
  3. Without stopping stirring, add wine, cinnamon and raisins.
  4. To mold containers (small cups) requires special device that forms them under pressure with fruited flour dough.
  5. If unavailable, can serve in small flan molds.
