Directions
- Prepare syrup with sugar and water.
- Beat egg and add to syrup; stir well and cook over low heat until egg cooks.
- Without stopping stirring, add wine, cinnamon and raisins.
- To mold containers (small cups) requires special device that forms them under pressure with fruited flour dough.
- If unavailable, can serve in small flan molds.
