250 gr corn flour
1 tbsp poleo and cilantro, chopped
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Boil the broth, add the flour, salt and pepper and stir slowly with a wooden spoon, for about 20 minutes, until a thick porridge forms.
  2. Sprinkle the herbs and serve hot.
