pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Put guandú to cook with ribs and oxtail until tender, approximately 45 minutes.
- Then add plantains, yam, yuca, guiso, salt and pepper and continue cooking for approximately 40 minutes.
- About 10 minutes before serving add cracklings and cook on medium heat.
- Can be served with grated cheese on top.
