Directions
- Put to cook the milk, and let rest after each boil; remove the cream skins and save.
- Repeat the operation until no more cream skins come out.
- Prepare a syrup with the sugar and one cup of the whey left from the milk.
- Add the two yolks, and stir until well incorporated; put the cream skins on top and let cook over low heat for a few minutes (without stirring).
- Do not touch until it cools.
- Serve in candy dish.
- If it is too thick can add more milk.
- Can also add some raisins when mixing the syrup and cream skins.
