Ingredients
4 piece(s) bottles (3 liters) of unpasteurized milk
500 gr sugar
2 piece(s) egg yolks
Directions
  1. Put to cook the milk, and let rest after each boil; remove the cream skins and save.
  2. Repeat the operation until no more cream skins come out.
  3. Prepare a syrup with the sugar and one cup of the whey left from the milk.
  4. Add the two yolks, and stir until well incorporated; put the cream skins on top and let cook over low heat for a few minutes (without stirring).
  5. Do not touch until it cools.
  6. Serve in candy dish.
  7. If it is too thick can add more milk.
  8. Can also add some raisins when mixing the syrup and cream skins.
