piece(s) rennet tablet
pinch salt to taste
Directions
- Curdle the milk and let it drain until no more whey comes out.
- Let it rest and cut into thick slices that are cooked in water with plenty of salt for 4 or 5 minutes.
- Remove them, drain, and arrange on a greased tray.
- Cover with grated panela and place in a preheated oven at 300°F for 15 minutes (until the panela melts).
- Serve immediately.
