tbsp butter
3
tbsp white cheese, grated
2
piece(s) onions, peeled and finely chopped

cup(s) milk
pinch pinch of baking soda
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the Swiss chard (or spinach) in water with baking soda for 15 minutes.
- Drain, remove the white vein, and finely chop the green part; add the rest of the ingredients and simmer in a covered pot over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Serve as accompaniment to meats.
