Ingredients
1 kg whole kernel corn
1/2 kg pork roast
1/2 kg pork rib
1 piece(s) sweet pepper
1 piece(s) onion
1 piece(s) tomato
1 piece(s) celery sprig
1 piece(s) cilantro roll
3 piece(s) garlic cloves
3 piece(s) small cubes
2 Worcestershire sauce
2 tomato sauce
1 salt
Directions
  1. Parboil the corn with a tablespoon of lime and enough water. Once it is peeled, wash it so that all the lime comes out. Put it back on the heat so it bursts open and all the lime comes out, then wash it again and put it on medium heat.
  2. When it has burst open well, add the tomato, onion, garlic, and celery, all chopped together with the meat, salt, and bouillon cubes.
  3. Lower to a gentle heat, stirring when you see that until everything is cooked and has been well preserved.
  4. When removing from heat, add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, one of tomato sauce, and a bunch of chopped cilantro.
  5. Serve hot.
