green papayas
1 kg potato
1 kg pork belly
10 piece(s) toasted oregano leaves
1 achiote
pinch salt
1 chopped onion

Directions
  1. Cook the papayas and potatoes well. Cook the pork flank, drain the papaya, then in a pot fry the garlic, onion, shredded pork flank, with achiote, oregano, pepper and then mix in the papaya and potato.
  2. Then cook until the picadillo is very dry.
  3. Cook three hard-boiled eggs, stuff the chicken with the achiote-seasoned potato and hard-boiled eggs, when the chicken is stuffed fry it in a pan with very hot lard and ready to serve.
