Directions
- The loin is opened and flattened to one centimeter thick, marinated with Lizano sauce, ajinomoto, oregano, and salt. It is kept refrigerated for 9 hours. Then it is stuffed with the remaining ingredients, tied, and fried for 1 hour over low heat.
- Garnish to taste. Serves 12 portions.
