3 kg pounds of pork loin
1 tsp teaspoon of salt
pinch pinch of ajinomoto
1 tsp teaspoon of oregano
1 culantro de coyote roll
2 tbsp tablespoons of salsa Lizano
1 sweet pepper
1 onion
6 piece(s) eggs
1/2 kg kilogram of potatoes
lard for frying
Directions
  1. The loin is opened and flattened to one centimeter thick, marinated with Lizano sauce, ajinomoto, oregano, and salt. It is kept refrigerated for 9 hours. Then it is stuffed with the remaining ingredients, tied, and fried for 1 hour over low heat.
  2. Garnish to taste. Serves 12 portions.
