Ingredients
3 very ripe cas (Costa Rican guava)
¼ cup(s) sugar
3 cornstarch
½ cup(s) powdered milk
ground cloves
mint sprig
Directions
  1. Take the cas fruits; wash them, cut them open and mash them well with a fork, pass what you obtain through a fine strainer, the paste you get: cook it with the milk and sugar until it boils.
