When it boils, add two tablespoons of cornstarch in water with three tablespoons of sugar, wait for it to boil, add a pinch of blue vegetable coloring, remove and place in a glass.
- Next, boil one cup of milk, add a cinnamon stick and two cloves. When it starts to boil, add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, cook for three minutes. When it's cold, add it to the glass next to the cas layer which should be set and very cold. Finally, mash the strawberries and in a container place one cup of water and the strained strawberries. When it boils, add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and 3 of sugar, cook for 3 minutes and pour it into the glass knowing that the other two must be well set and cold to place the last layer. Once set, decorate with strawberries and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
