Ingredients
1 ayote (Costa Rican squash)
1 jar frozen evaporated milk
1 pinch salt
1 royal (baking powder)
2 margarine
¾ cup(s) flour
2 sugar
2 eggs
2 vanilla
Directions
  1. Cook the ayote and drain, mix the ingredients and blend.
  2. In a greased mold, bake for 20 minutes until golden, and when cool put in the refrigerator.
