to 4 cups of pejibaye (peach palm fruit) without fibers
Directions
- Chop the breadfruit and chayote.
- Sweat them and when they are soft, add the chopped pejibaye, the chopped and sweated mustard greens, and the sweated scallions.
- Then mix everything together.
- Can be served with white rice and beans or in gallos.
