Ingredients
2 breadfruit
1 roll(s) scallions
8 leaves mustard greens
2 ripe chayote
3 to 4 cups of pejibaye (peach palm fruit) without fibers
Directions
  1. Chop the breadfruit and chayote.
  2. Sweat them and when they are soft, add the chopped pejibaye, the chopped and sweated mustard greens, and the sweated scallions.
  3. Then mix everything together.
  4. Can be served with white rice and beans or in gallos.
