Directions
- Season meat the night before with pepper, cumin, garlic, and salt. Cook with thyme, oregano, pepper, culantro, and two cups water.
- Cook rice normally.
- Fry onion, garlic, peppers, and celery. Add meat, pickles, and mix well with rice.
