Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion
5 clove(s) chopped garlic
3 cup(s) rice
1/4 cup(s) pickles
1 cup(s) diced carrot
celery, pepper, salt, pepper, cumin
5 cup(s) meat broth
1 kg pork flank
1/2 bunch thyme
1/2 bunch oregano
1 piece(s) head of garlic
1 1/2 cup(s) peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 piece(s) sweet pepper
1 bunch culantro coyote
Directions
  1. Season meat the night before with pepper, cumin, garlic, and salt. Cook with thyme, oregano, pepper, culantro, and two cups water.
  2. Cook rice normally.
  3. Fry onion, garlic, peppers, and celery. Add meat, pickles, and mix well with rice.
