Ingredients
10 green plantains
½ spicy chorizo
½ ground beef
1 cup(s) chopped onion
1 cup(s) chopped sweet pepper
2 celery
1 roll(s) culantro (cilantro)
2 pork lard
achiote (annatto) and salt to taste
2 chopped tomatoes
Directions
  1. Cook the plantains with their skins for half an hour, peel them, and chop them finely.
  2. In a pan, fry the onion, celery, etc. with the meats, then add the plantain and thus we obtain a hearty dish for your table and palate.
