Ingredients
10 eggs
12 corn flour
1 baking powder
1 lid(s) dulce (unrefined cane sugar)
Directions
  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  2. Then add the yolks and baking powder.
  3. Then gradually add the corn flour and make into small cakes.
  4. Then put in a separate pot to melt the dulce and place the small cakes in the pot with dulce until they absorb the syrup, and add the spices: hibiscus, cinnamon, cloves to taste.
