Directions
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Then add the yolks and baking powder.
- Then gradually add the corn flour and make into small cakes.
- Then put in a separate pot to melt the dulce and place the small cakes in the pot with dulce until they absorb the syrup, and add the spices: hibiscus, cinnamon, cloves to taste.
